We had an incredible experience at this hotel! The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, managing to fit us in at the last minute. Our rooms were spotless, and the shower was fantastic. The food was absolutely delicious, exceeding our expectations. We can't recommend this place enough and will definitely be returning the next time we visit Autumn Towers!

Stayed for 2 nights for a girlie weekend with a couple of friends and one of my friends dog. Was surprised but pleased that the rooms were like chalets. The room was large and clean with a decent sized bathroom. Ate in the dog friendly part of the restaurant on the first night, food was great, open fire and friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was continental and offered plenty of choice with the option to upgrade to cooked items if you wanted for an extra charge. Had a great stay and would return if in the area again. Thank you to all for making our stay enjoyable.

Me and my two boys stayed here for a night after a day at Alton towers. Rooms were cabins on the grounds which took me by surprise. More like a motel. We were checked in by David who had totally forgotten who we were when we arrived for breakfast 10 hours later the following morning. It was really quite strange. He asked us if we were guests at the hotel. I’m like, we literally just got here and joked, he must have a worse memory than me, to which he replied… When you check in as many customers as me, you can’t remember everyone. He forgot to bring my orange juice at breakfast too 😆 I think it was reasonably priced to be honest though. We booked through the Alton towers website and got a family room, breakfast and park tickets for the three of us at the price of £274. We wouldn’t go back though, I don’t want to paint it in a bad light, it just wasn’t for us, I’d rather pay more for a four or five star hotel.

Really pleased with our stay. Our children loved the room, especially the bunk bed! It was clean and well equipped, though the wall paper was coming loose on one side. The food was pricey but very nice, we had dinner and breakfast, which had a lot of options. The staff were very friendly and really helpful, our son has allergies and one of the owners came to help us order, they made sure he had enough to eat for both meals. Thank you!

Had 2 course lunch, Steak and Ale pie had generous amounts of meat, and very tasty, Chunky chips and vegetables, were as satisfying, But then I ordered the Peach crumble and custard for dessert and Wow! It was to die for. Congratulations and good home cooked food with friendly service.

Stayed for a weekend break at Alton towers. Room was great for the 3 of us, location was gorgeous. Evening meal and breakfast were good too. What really made the difference was how lovely and helpful all of the staff we spoke to were. We had a wifi issue that the staff happily sorted at 9:30 at night. We also asked about ordering packed lunches at breakfast next morning, which was accommodated no problem and was a fantastic value with lots of food that kept us all well fed! Will definitely stay here again when we do another weekend break at Alton towers!

Where do I start... We booked a spontaneous night away to enjoy the weather with our 2 year old little girl. The idea was to have food and relax outside with a couple of drinks. We checked in for what we thought at the time was a steep £168 for a single night and was greated with a room that I can only describe and an 80's decor granny flat. We let this go as it was only for a night and got ready to go for food. I ordered the Katsu chicken curry with Asian Slaw. Sounded amazing, however it tasted like a cheap chicken burger that was lukewarm with sticky rice, which was anything but. I complained to the chap that delivered the food. He stared and me for a few moments then after a few awkward seconds said "sorry about that I'll let the chef know" we didn't hear anything else on this. Whilst sat on the terrace I witnessed a lad roll his ankle on the uneven slabs around the conservatory, he told the guy that following him to watch out for it. After the disappointing food we got drinks and made our way to the child's play area which was down a set of steep paving slabs, one of which was completely loose! We quickly realised that the kids play area was neglected and dangerous. Broken discoloured shards of plastic in the grass and sharp edges on the toddle house / slide. We were on edge straight away keeping an eye on our daughter. We decided enough was enough, and headed back to the room to pack. We went back to reception to complain and we were told by the lady on reception said that senior management wasn't available, only to lean through Facebook that she was actually the owner along with the guy that delivered our food. So on top of all this we were lied to by the owners! No refund given even even though we didn't stay and no acknowledge regarding our complaints on the dangerous grounds. If your that desperate to keep our money spend it on some maintenance so nobody gets hurt!

We were camping 10-12 mins walk up the road. Found the staff very friendly and very helpful. Accomoding with our mini daschund, bought her out water and treats. Had the garlic mushrooms and chorizo for starters and the steak pie and pork black pudding for mains. All the food was fantastic, served in a timely manner and all very tasty. We will be back.
